The Owner bought a hillside (small mountain) outside Reading.  We spent a day walking, up, down, around.  We found the place where the Owner wanted to build.  It was pretty much at the top.  He had the hill surveyed, and sold off excess lots.  Then Eric got to design this house.  Was a treat for all.
