This project involved the removal of two houses and then combining the lots. The new building is a 10 unit multi-use building with apartments and office space. A large lightwell provides air, light, and a grand entrance to the basement offices. The scale and shapes are carefully composed to blend into the existing Hatboro neighborhood.
