Bucks County Water and Sewer Authority Headquarters

This is the main administrative office and maintenance garages for the BCWSA.  It is part of the Neshaminy Manor complex at the intersection of Rt. 611 and Almshouse Road south of Doylestown.  The Authority Board required a building that displayed a high level of environmental responsibility to reduce operational costs.  Simple, but effective, daylighting and passive solar enery collection are part of the design.
